The Family Indemnity Plan

The Bank Employees Credit Union Co-operative Society Limitedoffers the Family Indemnity Planto our Members in association with CUNA Caribbean Insurance Society Limited. Because access to this Plan is a Benefit of Membership itis available only to “Active” Members who are saving regularly.

The Family Indemnity Planprovides cash benefit for funeral expenses for you and your family. When you enrol in the Family Indemnity Plan, you pay one rate that covers up to six (6) persons (the member, members’ spouse or significant other, children between 1-25, parents under age 76). You do not need to do any medical examination or answer medical questions. The Family Indemnity Planhas a Six-month Waiting Periodduring which time a benefit is paid only if death occurs by accident.

You may select from one of the following levels of benefits:

Enrolling is easy. Simply complete the online enrolment form, print it and bring or send it to the Society's Office together with the first monthly premium . Monthly payments for this affordable coverage can be made through salary deductions or standing orders payable to Bank Employees Credit Union Co-operative Society Limited.
